Lindsay Square Care Center Slated for Gilbert
Transitioning between the commercial corner of Lindsay and Williams Field roads, Gilbert, the Lindsay Square Care Center features a residential design for the 80KSF congregate care facility. The medical center is a type of rehabilitation facility for patients transitioning between surgery or hospital care and home.
The two story design—originally proposed as two buildings—was modified into a single building with a pitched tile roof in response to Gilbert design comments. Lindsay Square Care Center takes on the role of a residential, almost apartment, appearance to provide a visual connection between the residential subdivision to the north and east and the commercial center to the west.
